Fixed my wiring issues within my car and advised me of the issues within the engine. Was completely honest with me about the pricing etc and advised me to not go ahead with repairs and trade it in. I had my MOT done at John Delaney Motors today and I’m really pleased with the service. My appointment was at 1:40pm and I was back on the road by 2:40pm — everything was completed within an hour. A special mention to Jenny, who I spoke to over the phone. She was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the technician who carried out my MOT, but he was brilliant as well. My car passed the MOT with no advisories, and the whole experience was straightforward, efficient and stress-free. Customer service: 100% Professionalism: 100% Efficiency: 100% Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and I genuinely felt I was in good hands. I have been a customer at John Delany Motors for about 45 years. My most recent visit was for a service and MOT. As always the service was efficient and cost conscious. A damaged tyre that I was unaware of was repaired at a very reasonable cost.
