Apprentice Customer Service Advisor

Great opportunity to join an expanding and well-established vehicle repair business based in Stockport. You will be in a customer facing role working in our fast-paced office.

About the role…
Our apprentice Customer Service Advisor will deliver a high-quality service to our established customer base. Throughout your apprenticeship you will gain the knowledge, practical experience and wider skills needed for your future career.

Your core responsibility will be to provide support to our other team members by:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and offering advice
  • Making MOT, Service & Repair appointments
  • Checking in and handing over vehicles
  • Updating customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Explaining the work completed to customers
  • Taking payments
  • Putting together quotations for customers
  • Building jobs and ordering necessary parts
  • Invoicing completed work
  • Accepting and recording deliveries & returns
  • Carrying out office admin tasks

You will be working closely alongside our office team and will be provided with full training and mentoring in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications Required…
Essential 5 GCSE A-C (9-4) including English and Maths or equivalent.

Your working week…
40 hours per week- Weekdays 8am-5pm
Opportunity for additional hours on Saturdays 8am-12pm

Future Prospects…
The possibility of a full time post upon successful completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
