What You’ll Actually Earn
£34,000- £42,000 basic salary
Pay level is based on experience, diagnostic ability, efficiency, and the complexity of work you can confidently complete.

Typical earning levels within the team:

• £34,000-£36,000: Competent technician building speed, confidence and diagnostic ability
• £37,000-£40,000: Fully productive technician working independently with growing diagnostic confidence
• £41,000-42,000+: Strong diagnostic technician handling complex faults efficiently and consistently
• PLUS Performance-based bonus scheme
• Paid overtime available

The Role
As a valued member of our team, you’ll service, repair, and diagnose a wide variety of cars and light commercial vehicles, maintaining the high standards and honesty that our customers trust us for.

• Work efficiently to high standards
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs properly
• Identify and report additional work clearly and honestly
• Keep accurate job records
• Work closely with service advisors and the wider team

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• Desirable (not essential): Experience with Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar or Land Rover

Working Hours

• Full time: 40 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8-12pm)
• Monday to Friday: 7am-4pm / 9am-6pm (alternating weeks)
• Part time/ flexible hours available for the right candidate
